Welcome to Year 5

This term we are learning about an exciting new topic: the Mayans. After a summer of collecting research and creating presentations, the class have taken to the project very well and we’re all excited to see where the mysterious Mayans take us….

In English, we are learning about new and established authors, and reading the works of Michael Morpurgo in order to find techniques to put into our wonderful writing.

The class are continuing their swimming lessons on a Monday morning.
